We celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with a vibrant and engaging program that showcased the cultural pride of their students. First-graders wowed the audience with a captivating performance of a traditional Colombian dance, while students in grades 2-4 filled the air with beautiful Mexican folk songs.
“I loved singing in Spanish and sharing my own heritage with my classmates,” said Alina, a fourth-grader. The Hispanic Heritage Month celebration at Caraway Elementary was a success, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the diverse Hispanic cultures represented in our community.
